NXTGEN have an excellent opportunity for a Management Accountant to join a market leading business based in Norwich. As Management Accountant, you will work closely with the Finance Director to deliver month end management accounts and commercial reports and bank reconciliations for all relevant. The Management Accountant will play a key role in supporting the site based teams and will work closely with other department heads. This role will offer and analytical stance and is in need of someone who is confident to come in and suggest change. The business is always striving for improvement and is seeking a confident individual who can help with the accounting efficiencies and process improvements.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

Support the delivery of month end Management Accounting close for different elements of the business.Reviewing of processes to implement change if needed.Budgets and ForecastAnalysis of management accounts Ensure marketing costs are reconciled in a timely manner. The successful candidate will ideally be fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent). Prior experience working in a similar position is also essential. Those candidates who are part qualified but have demonstrable and a proven background in a similar role will also be considered. Excellent Excel and analytical skills are essential, combined with the ability to develop strong internal relationships with operational teams and stakeholders. You will be a confident communicator with an ability to influence key business decisions through quality financial insights.
