Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join our Warwick based client on a hybrid, flexible basis. The successful candidate will have experience managing the full management accounting process and keen to develop their stakeholder management skills. Offering a generous salary of up to GBP60,000 + bonus and an excellent pension scheme, you'll have fantastic opportunity to develop across the wider business.

To succeed in the role you will have exposure to large business management accounts and confident liaising with both external and internal stakeholders during challenging situations. You'll boast excellent communication skills and organisation, with the ability to manage lots of projects as you will be given the autonomy to manage your own sites. This Management Accountant opportunity sets you up perfectly to move into a Finance Business Partner role in the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary contract for accountancy services and financial insight into your Sites in the businessProvide and present detailed financial analysis to give insight on performanceAttend monthly management meeting, including CFO and Head of FP&AOwn the performance reporting suite, alongside the balance sheet modelUndertake the month end process, ensuring accounting standards are in accordance with internal policy and accounting standardsHave a continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on potential use of automationTake ownership of quarterly, half year and year end deliverablesPartner with senior stakeholders across the business About You:
