Management Accountant Leeds Up to GBP200 per day via Umbrella Luxury Retailer 4–month Contract

An opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join a luxury retailer on a temporary basis. You will be joining a company whos' culture emphasises growth, collaboration, people, and environment. This is a hybrid role based in Leeds with the expectations of 2/3 days a week in office.

Details of the role:

You will be responsible for the record to report for EMEA regions in accordance to IFRS and local GAAP requirements. For this you will take ownership of a set of small entities accounts.

Responsibilities include:

Execution/ approval of RTR transactions and reportsPreparation/ approval of balance sheet reconciliationsSupervise team members and review work as requiredLiaise with key internal stakeholders including auditAdhoc duties as required Skills required:

The successful candidate will at finalist level or completed their accounting qualifications with 4+ years of financial experience in a large organisation with exposure to multicurrency. Use of SAP and experience with IFRS / GAAP is essential. Experience working within the retail industry is highly desirable. Softer skills required would include excellent communication skills and strong organisational skills.
