This varied role will suit a Qualified Accountant who is excited about a new challenge and keen to be a key player in M3 Marketing's growth strategy. The role reports directly to the CFO and is pivotal in implementing processes to streamline the finance function.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Preparing the individual and consolidated management accounts for all entitiesHeavily involved with budgeting and forecastingManagement of the payroll process and helping to drive improvements within the current systemResponsible for accurate profit and loss and balance sheet reportingReporting and analysis on variances to the budget to identify trends and areas for improvementProviding critical financial insights and analyses to support strategic decisions within the organisationTracking financial performance, analysing data and assisting in the formulation of business strategies to enhance company profitability and efficiencyUtilising MS Excel for the construction and maintenance of financial modelsPartnering and leading in the development of financial policies, procedures and internal controlsSupporting the CFO with Ad-hoc transactional duties and supporting the wider business as required What we require from you
Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA)Working knowledge and experience in managing multiple company accountsTransactional payroll experienceStrong interpersonal skills and comfortable to take the lead on initiativesExperienced in data analytics with advanced knowledge of MS ExcelWorking knowledge of SQL is advantageousMethodical accurate and able to meet deadlinesA keen eye for detail and enjoy the challenge of working on ad-hoc projectsProven experience implementing policies and procedures What we give you
