The role will be to work with the relevant Finance teams to produce accurate and timely reporting of financial information for all three entities, for submission to the US parent, local senior management, and relevant in country government bodies.

Overall responsibility for the production of monthly accounts for all entities in anaccurate and timely mannerPreparation and submission of the monthly US reporting packs for the group entities, in an accurate and timely manner, drawing on assistance from the relevant finance functions as requiredPreparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations, together with resolution ofany unexplained differencesPreparation of monthly accruals and prepaymentsComplete monthly reconciliation of inter–company balances held with all global group entities as part of month end processesResponsibility for VAT return preparation and submission in an accurate and timely mannerAssist the Financial Controller with the month end p&l flash report for submission to the UK and US senior management teamsAssist the Financial Controller with the monthly financial and cashflow forecasts, ensuring all deadlines are metPreparation of the consolidated management accounts pack for the UK management team, including explanations of significant variances to budgetLiaising with our third–party French finance processing partner in relation to financial aspects of the French entityAssist the Financial Controller with the UK and France audits as requiredOffer support and assistance to the UK finance team as and when required Profile

Part Qualified (ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CIMA) To hold a qualification in Microsoft Excel, ideally to an advanced levelExcellent knowledge of financial/ budgeting systems and reporting tools.Experience working for an international organisation and managing accounts that are outside the UK.
