Globally recognised brand is in urgent need of an experienced Management Accountant to join their finance team. You will assist in the efficient and timely preparation of the management and statutory accounts and other commercial and financial information, including responsibility for performing all reconciliations to facilitate these processes.

To provide support to the Financial Controller and Finance Director as and when required

Key Responsibilities will include

Full month end reporting including all reconciliationsResponsible for reviewing accuracy of all accounting ledgersResponsible for maintaining Fixed Asset Register Detailed analysis of financial informationAssistance in completion of statutory financial statements for all subsidiariesAssistance in preparing information for External Audit Prepare Quarterly VAT returns Refine and improve departmental information flowPreparation of financial information for board and Group reporting for review by FCAttendance and contribution in Weekly Managers meetingsTo liaise with other departments as required ensuring the reporting deadlines are met

You will need to be able to demonstrate

ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified with approx. 3 years post qualification experienceExperience of accounts preparation to a rigid timetable.Strong knowledge of IFRS and FRS 101Able to work under pressure to tight reporting deadlines.Self- starter, ability to work unsupervised.Reliable/good timekeeper.Highly flexible.
