Eames Consulting are working in partnership with a global composite insurer who are looking to appoint a Major Loss Adjuster (predominantly desk based) to their National Team.

This role offers a unique blend of desk-based expertise and occasional field interactions.Handling your own portfolio of commercial claims exceeding GBP150k, serving as the first point of contact for identifying and evaluating issues.Oversee all major claims, including commercial and high-net-worth portfolios, ensuring efficient and effective resolution.Leveraging your expertise in the claims space, offering internal/external guidance and support. Ideal for both junior adjusters seeking career growth and seasoned professionals looking for a better work-life balance.

Ideally you will be based along the M25 Corridor, so you are strategically positioned to provide seamless support to our diverse clientele.

This is a hybrid working role, with one team day a week in the office based in either York or Colchester to support collaboration, culture and engagement.

Experience Required:

Proven experience in assessing claims exceeding GBP100k, demonstrating your proficiency in navigating complex and high-value cases.Subsidence experience is desirable, showcasing your expertise in a range of property-related claims.
