LSF Property Services is a successful small company working in supported housing projects where residents are vulnerable. We need a full time multi-skilled maintenance worker / handyperson to start ASAP. You will join an experienced maintenance team but will be confident working alone.

Work includes (but is not limited to):

Painting and decorating

General maintenance and repairs including basic plumbing and electrics.

Flooring

Tiling

Furniture assembly

Grounds maintenance.

We are looking for someone who is hard working, reliable and serious with:

Experience in similar role with references to back this up.

Excellent presentation and attitude.

Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English).

Ability to organise workload, keep good written records, receive and report jobs by tablet.

Enthusiasm, initiative and commitment.

Full clean UK driving licence and aged over 25 (for insurance).

Eligible to work in UK.

You must be able to travel easily to our offices in Tooting SW17 but you will work across London. This is a six month contract which may be extended.

Hours are approx. 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Tools, uniform and van provided.

Salary from £35k pro rata depending on experience.
