Maintenance Engineer PermanentLeicester 42,500kHours - 2 shift pattern, Monday to Friday

Shift 1 - 9am to 6pm

Shift 2 - 7am to 4pm and alternative Saturdays 7am to 11am

Engineer / Maintenance Engineer / Fixed plant engineer / Recycling / Tig Weld

The recruitment group are working with a new recycling company based in Leicester, our client is looking for a maintenance engineer to service and maintain machines, the candidate must also be able to Tig weld.

Main duties and responsibilities of an Maintenance Engineer:

Carry out scheduled, servicing and inspections to a high standard.Reactive maintenanceFault diagnosisWelding and fabricatingAttend internal and external training.Complete all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner Experience/knowledge requirements for an Maintenance Engineer:

Full driving licenceNVQ Level 3 maintenance engineer or equivalentTig WeldingNeed own toolsMust be able to work on their own initiative with a flexible approach to meeting the needs of the customer.Knowledge of mechanical machineryExperience in recycling maintenanceAbility to diagnose and rectify faultsBasic hydraulic knowledgeGood understanding on electricsHealth and safety awareness Company Benefits of an Maintenance Engineer:
