Hours/Shift: 12hrs

Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday

Overtime: paid at 1.5 and double

Overview:

With manufacturing facilities located across the UK you will be working in an automated production environment that will involve projects, installations along with planned and re-active maintenance.

Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer role:

• To maintain service and repair all automated plant machinery to minimise production down time.

• Provide technical support on all projects, installations and breakdowns

• PPM s

The ideal candidate / Maintenance Engineer may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:

• Knowledge of safety circuits, Invertors, how relays operate, speed control systems

• A mechanical understanding would be advantageous gearboxes, pumps, pneumatics

• Knowledge of PLC s advantageous

• Electrically qualified Must be able to present these at interview
