We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to liaise between tenants, clients and contractors to manage a busy and ever-increasing demand of property services in Leicestershire and beyond.
Brick Maintenance LTD provides busy Letting Agents, Property Managers and Estate Agents with a reactive 'One Stop Shop' maintenance service to help maintain their growing Lettings portfolios. We provide our clients with a fast, honest and reliable service across all trades and disciplines.
This role would suit a current Property Manager looking for a new challenge.
The Ideal Maintenance Coordinator will have:
-Current relationships with local contractors and a proven track record of delivering maintenance works successfully
-A good local knowledge of Leicestershire
-Excellent administration skills
-Excellent customer service skills
-Excellent telephone skills
-Knowledge of co-ordinating maintenance work & sub-contracting
-Managing quotations and pro-actively ensuring repairs are completed within set time periods to the correct standards
-The role may also include visiting properties to assess light works required and compiling quotes in readiness to present to clients.
