Position: Machine Operative

Location: Deeside

Hours: 24/7 shifts 12 hour days and 12 hour nights

Salary: 25, 874p/a

Our client is a well-established manufacturing company based in Deeside and due continues growth and expansion are looking for 6 x Machine Minders to join their team. Previous experience within a production environment and flexible on working ours is desirable.

Duties:

Operate within Company safety policy at all times.

Knowledge and ability to utilize all inspection machinery to achieve highest possible quality with maximum output and minimum waste.

Maintain a tidy work area at all times.

Skills and Experience:

Knowledge of procedures for inspection rewind.

The ability to fault find and problem solve.

Display an excellent eye for detail.

Some mechanical skills, basic routine maintenance (including weekly safety and maintenance checks on all equipment).

Previous experience within a busy manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Good communication skills.

Able to work under own initiative.

Problem Solving.

Record Keeping.

The role involves some physical activity e.g. lifting & bending.
