Anderson Knight is looking to recruit a Sales Manager for one of our clients who own a luxury hotel branch in Glasgow City Centre.
As the Luxury Hotel Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and maintaining our reputation as a premier luxury hotel. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies that attract high-end clientele, foster client relationships, and maximise revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals. Identify and target high-end clientele, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and affluent individuals. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable business deals. Coordinate with the events and banquet teams to ensure flawless execution of high-end events and functions. Monitor and analyse sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify areas for improvement and innovation. Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
