I have a luxury two kingsize bedroom lodge, fully furnished to let out holiday let until mid February 2024.

It’s on Tarka Holiday Park between Barnstaple and Braunton.

Sleeps four people and there’s a sofa bed can sleep two more in the living area that’s never been used.

Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge freezer and a pantry!

Two bathrooms including a bath. Walk in wardrobe. Wrap around decking.

Wifi, built in Bluetooth, full central heating and residential specification so it’s really warm in winter!

Two pets allowed by agreement. There are no facilities on the park apart from a laundrette and a dog walking area.

It would suit those looking for peace and quiet. Work station available in one of the bedrooms and decent wifi speed.

Sorry it’s not available to rent long term and it’s holiday let only.

Available until mid February 2024 when the park shuts for two weeks.
