Bell Cornwall Recruitment's client is an experienced, specialist criminal and civil litigation law firm, with several offices across the UK. They are looking for an LPC/BPC graduate who is driven and dedicated to providing excellent service within a Commercial and Tax Litigation Paralegal role.

The Role:

Assisting fee earners directlyDrafting letters, documents and defence statementsPreparation of trial notes and court bundlesAdvising clients in police stationsUndertaking legal researchWorking within multiple teams within the office, including Insolvency Litigation, Civil Fraud and Financial Crime The Ideal Commercial and Tax Litigation Paralegal will have:

Correct academic qualifications, LLB and be an LPC/BPC Graduate to a high standardExcellent knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules, ideally within a practice capacityLegal research skills, including knowledge of legal research toolsAbility to use a case management systemIn depth understanding of the appropriate areas of law for the roleStrong desire to learn and develop in their legal careerIf you have the qualifications and feel you could be right for this role, then please do apply!
