Lovely cosy 2 bed first floor flat in eh16 very quiet street nearly all houses are bought surrounding the stair, there are 6 flats in stair all other flats are bought too so just myself that's council , good sized living room with ample space for table and chairs with small balcony off the living room, compact kitchen but has everything you could need 10 cupboards and plenty worktop space, happy to leave all appliances if needed these are only 7 months old, bathroom with shower over bath, two really nice sized double bedrooms one with built in storage, happy to leave a wardrobe in the other room,large storage cupboard in hall, living room hall and kitchen all have wood flooring bedrooms have carpets which will be cleaned for moving, gch dg, combie boiler

2 minutes walk to field/Park with burn and woodland ideal for kids and dogs, buses into town every 10 mins or buses to straiton retail park and Royal infirmary every 10 mins too ,close to doctors shops schools dentist chemist take away shops and swimming pool, 10 mins away from cameron toll by bus or car ,flat needs a wee freshen up but nothing major other than cosmetic really love staying here but am so over crowded that I'm sleeping on a reclining chair and have all my belongings in the living room and hall and I have health issues so really need a move to a bigger place looking ideally for a 4 bed but would take a 3 which would be amazing and give me a chance to have a bed and bedroom open to areas so please ask ,you may have just what I am looking for I also don't mind something that needs work as looking for my forever home so would be happy to put my own stamp on it, photos on request to serious swappers only, looking to move late January please feel free to get in touch with any questions ????
