What will you be doing? Conducting site visits and assessments to establish the cause of claim.Working closely with field-based adjusters and supported with adjuster technicians to provide a professional and high-quality service to clients and customers.Dealing with light commercial and domestic property claimsEngaging and empathising with the customer to ensure a high level of customer service is offered at all times.Understanding the relevance of the information obtained to decide upon a step by step plan to conclude the claimEffectively maintaining the line of communication between the various parties, thus orchestrating a successful claims outcome and creating a 'joined up' process. Communication may be written or verbal.Appropriately obtaining high quality information by investigating in a timely manner, supported by site notes, photographs, witness statements, and other appropriate evidenceDemonstrating the confidence and knowledge to make decisions regarding policy liability and risk management issues.Providing a high level of technical, quality and customer service commitment.Remaining customer and client focussed throughout the life of a claim, taking all the necessary steps to achieve customer satisfaction within the parameters of policy coverEngaging with clients, customers and suppliers via email, phone, and our bespoke messaging serviceQuickly responding to queries that arise within the position and carrying out ad hoc administrative tasks as they arise.Build rapport and gain positive relationship with customers and colleagues.
