I have a 3 bedroom council terraced house with garden gate access, dissent size living room, kitchen ,2 double large bedrooms, one double bedroom, toilet/bathroom in downstairs and under stairs and storage place under stairs.

local bus route can catch at the front of the house or we park outside the house, many free parking spaces. Very well known and with perfect reputation St Thomas primary school within 5 mins walking distance, secondary schools with school bus 15 min distance, all supermarkets with in walking distance, plus lovely tourist attractions Submarine museum and Swansea city castle, close to beaches.

This house is very old and warm in winter, cool in summer.

I also have sea views from the front of the house . You don’t need to drive to live here.

Please also note that the garden is in the skirt of the Kilvey forest hills and there are some steps in the back of the house.

This house has some lovely period features, the neighbours are amazing with a real community spirit.

I’m looking for a 2 or 3 bed house in Cardiff, Newport, Bristol or London or near by . No flats please as I need my own garden and I like my own space .
