Experienced good quality musician/arranger (32) based in SW London looking to form a hobby band.

The idea is to perform covers or originals live with very good and well defined arrangements.

I am open to taking direction as well as giving direction.

The ideal people im looking for are good quality musicians who understand a bit about arranging, ideally are part time musicians who see music as a hobby and are up for a semi regular commitment to rehearse and perform live as a social thing.

I am trying to sell group integrity as my vision for the project.

The Goal is to create a sound that is captivating. However in my experience this can only be achieved by each component of the group being committed to performing their part, no matter how simple or complex. Its a "sum of all parts" ethos that im trying to get across.
