My name is Sylwia. I'm 30 years old. I'm working a full-time job in Hospital Bristol, so I need to find some place to leave close to work or place that has good transport to Hospital Southmead.

I'm looking for property. The best is flat or apartment but room I will consider as well.

Location needed: Southmead, filton (30min walking distance to Hospital), Gloucester Road, Horfield, Bentry, Henleaze, Bishopston and close areas.

Rent:

For flat/apartment I can pay 850£/month. IF you want more, property have to be fully furnished and with some/all bills included.

For room I can pay 600£/month with bills included.

Flat or apartment to rent. All places have to be on the 3rd floor cos I'm scared of heights.

Have to be clean, smoke free, have a bathroom and toilet. Kitchen with all basic amenities and living room. Additional may be one bedroom space for bed and some wardrobe. I don't need furniture but if you have any on flat this will be big plus. I don't have my own, but I'm in a situation where I will accept empty flat to move in.

Room to rent.

Room has to be furnished, don't have to be fully furnished but bed with mattress and wardrobe is essential. I need access to the toilet and kitchen. I'm a person that is cooking a lot so I will spend quite a lot of time in the kitchen.

House have to be smoking ???? free I have the smell of cigarettes.
