2 or 3 bed would be great, garden ideal but not necessary, parking is a must whether drive way or on street, we have 2 small dogs 1 frenchie and 1 pug fully house trained and never let unattended as my partner works from home and they are couch potato's so no worries there, we both work and cam provide multiple references
