I am a competent handyman and interior decorator. I can work in most areas of a property e,g, plumbing, tiling, wooden floor installation, minor electrical works to rendering of walls, plastering, painting and decorating.

I am looking for 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8 or more bedroom properties (Service Apartment, HMO or Supported Living) throughout Reading Berkshire or the surrounding areas on a Company Let with a rent guarantee agreement of between 3 to 5 years.

I will modernise the property, including maintenance and free property advice and providing decoration tips that would improve the value of your house in the long run, which I have done for numerous landlords.
