Logistics & Supply Planner

8 Month Contract

Halliday Marx have partnered with a reputable Luxury Retail company to recruit a Logistics & Supply Planner on an interim basis for 8 months.

Our client work on a Hybrid model with 3 days based in their fabulous Central London office and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities:

Master Data setup (SKU extension on SAP and website, products database management, etc.)

Stock accuracy - Ensure inventory reliability and accuracy

Management of all logistics flows related to the POSM activities:

-Inbound management - On-time in full stock landing at 3PL, EDI checks, Physical and system stock discrepancies management

-Stock Transfer Orders management

-Warehousing and Supply Management - Based on Forecast, set correct stock levels

-Returns and Claims management, Destruction

Collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, Customer Service

On-time in full stock landing at 3PL, EDI checks, stock discrepancies management

PO creation, monitoring and reporting to Finance

Management of co-packing activities including creation of BOM POSM Website Management

Responsible for POSM products setup on the website (SKU, master data, image, etc.)

Monitoring the Customers' supply processes, identifying bottle necks and the root cause of potential failures.

Ensure the communication between internal and third-party logistics operations, monitor daily

Run POSM monthly reporting (stock position, goods in transit, stock movements, packaging usage, etc.)

Requirements:

1 to 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Logistics

Advanced Excel skills, creating simple and intuitive reports from a complex data

SAP experience is desirable

Strong analytical skills

Excellent attention to details

Able to multi-task, keeping on top of ongoing subjects or issues
