Little Briar is a cosy detached cottage for 3 guests and 2 pets, with a pet secure stone patio. Enjoy exceptional views and a garden on Loch Earn. The patio has a water hose, partial awning and gates that leads to an acre of grass for pets to excercise.

There is a stream to splash in at the top and a stile that leads to the old railway walkway from Lochearnhead to Comrie.

The cottage has a double and a single bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped with a mini dishwasher, double fan oven, a full fridge freezer and an integrated microwave.

The loch garden has a slipway, jetty, petanque piste and putting lawn. There are 2 mooring buoys. Two art installations light up in the loch garden at night.
