Houseman

Location: Kensington, London, UK


Salary : 22000 £ to gross per annum, however negotiable based on experience. We have a fantastic position for a junior Houseman at a large residence in Kensington. We seek candidates who are driven, enthusiastic, team player, flexible and ready to embrace a chance to learn and grow. No experience required.

The day-to-day duties will vary but will mainly consist of the following skillsets:

Primary Gardening duties, not landscaping, just cutting the grass, tidying

and collecting leaves

Assisting with cleanliness up of the driveway and external areas,

Attending to repairs for the indoor/exterior areas

Record incoming packages,

Liaise with the House Manager for planned maintenance,

Reporting of visitors. This position is a live-out, 5 days per week, consisting of 40 hours with flexibility required on rare occasions. No experience required
