Role: Butler

An international Family are seeking an experienced, proactive and positive Butler, with excellent service abilities for their new fully-staffed household in Monaco

Working alongside an existing House Manager, the Butler will provide a front-of-house presence, meet and greet Family & Guests, run errands and provide formal and informal food and beverage service. Having an excellent eye for detail, they will be responsible for organisation of mise-en-place, and ensure high levels of organisation and service delivery. The Butler may also be asked to assist the House Manager with general Household duties including overseeing contractors and performing checks on the household operating systems

The Butler should also be child-friendly and be used to working in an English-speaking household, however a good level of spoken French is also required as a first or second language. Although based primarily in Monaco, the international Family do have residences in the UK, Europe and the USA, so there may be some occasional travel between locations. The ability to drive would also be very beneficial

You will be impeccably presented and personable, be a team player with excellent communication skills and be highly discreet

The Butler should have proven experience and longevity within an English-speaking UHNW Private Household, or have proven service skills as a Butler in a 5-star service environment. Candidates should have right to work in the EU
