Role: Litigation Solicitor

Pertemps are recruiting a Litigation Solicitor to work with our Edinburgh based client.

Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including but not limited to civil, commercial, and employment disputes.Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic advice to clients.Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to ensure effective case management and client satisfaction.Stay abreast of legal developments and changes in legislation relevant to litigation practice.

About You:

Proven track record of successfully managing and resolving complex litigation cases.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
