Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Salary: GBP25,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits
Job Type: Full Time, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

The Role:
As a Litigation Secretary, you will provide vital support to the Litigation Solicitor, ensuring efficient operations.
Duties:
Type and file legal documentsPrepare correspondence using the case management systemAttend to clients via phone and in personAdminister filing systems, including daily filing and file managementPrepare mail and enclosures for dispatchArrange scanning and photocopying of paperwork
Requirements:
Previously worked as a Litigation Secretary or in a similar role.Experience and knowledge in a Litigation departmentFamiliarity with Bighand Workflow ManagementInitiative to undertake tasks, including searches and ID checks, without dictationHigh levels of speed and accuracyStrong telephone manner and client interaction skills
