Litigation Executive - Manchester

Our client is an exciting growing firm that are ideally looking for an experienced HDR Litigation Executive. The ideal HDR Litigation Executive will have previous experience handling pre-litigated and/or litigated HDR matters. The firm can offer flexible hybrid working, manageable caseloads, progression, and development for the right Litigation Executives.

Litigation Executive Role:

Handling caseload of active pre-litigated and litigated HDR matters Understanding of protocol and procedures for HDR claims Instructing Counsel where required Taking witness statements & preparing court bundles
