Key role and responsibilities for Line Leader

Managing, motivating and utilising staff effectivelyManaging production line efficiently & effectively Guide the staff to perform their jobs accordingly Working closely with planning, quality control & production management team Following labelling process when required cleaning down and setting up production lines

Minimum requirements for Line Leader

Excellent attention to detail Ability to work under the pressure Very good organisational skills Leading by example

Pay rate: up to 13.38 per hour

Working hours

4 days on 3 days off,

days off may not be consecutive

07:00 - 19:00

This job is commutable from the following areas; Marden, Claygate, Linton, Rabbit's Cross, Cross At Hand, Staplehurst, Capel Cross, Hawkenbury, Castle Hill, Horden, Yalding
