Our client being a global firm of Loss Adjusters are looking to recruit a Liability Loss Adjuster to cover the West Country region.

There is a mixed portfolio of Employers Liability, Public Liability (both injury and property) and Motor injury. It will be based remotely and involve investigating in the field and reporting on the mixed portfolio. The clients include blue chip corporate clients and brokers. Must be able to identify questionable information and apply correct procedures when dealing with fraudulent claims.

Must be able to interact with all interested stakeholders including claims staff, underwriters, policyholders, brokers and claimants.

The ability to apply a thorough knowledge of current case law, common law/statute and regulations, be willing to go the extra mile and provide exemplary customer service, possess accurate keyboard skills and have a clean full driving license.

Insurance qualifications are desirable, but equal consideration will also be given to those with the relevant experience.
