LETTINGS / SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Wimbledon Village, SW19

Salary: OTE GBP50k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Due to continued success and expansion of our client's Residential Lettings business, we have a super opportunity for a Lettings or Senior Lettings Negotiator. This is a chanceto joina local, well–respected Estate & Lettings Agency at their thriving local Wimbledon Village offices.

The role will involve working closely with the Lettings Manager, seeking exciting new business opportunities, showing properties and agreeing contract terms, whilst ensuring that the highest professional standards are met at all times.

You will be smart, well–spoken, highly articulate, organised, personable and possess exceptional customer service skills.

The ideal candidate will have previous Residential Lettings experience, coupled with excellent communication skills, a friendly nature, drive, determination and local knowledge would be a distinct advantage.
