HHA (Highland Housing Alliance) is a not-for-profit development Company set up to work in partnership with The Highland Council, housing associations, Scottish Government, private landowners, and developers to help build more homes of all tenures for people in the Highlands. In addition to this, we also provide a management service to our customers.

Overview of Role
We have an exciting new position for Lettings Officer to assist and support the Lettings Team to ensure an efficient and professional service is provided for all customers & service providers to achieve letting targets, income and performance targets.
Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate should have a Chartered Institute of Housing Level 3 Certificate in Letting and Managing Residential Property qualification. They should have strong customer service skills, with ability to deal with members of the public in an efficient and friendly manner. The ideal candidate will have a friendly manner with strong interpersonal skills to colleagues, clients, and organisations HHA work with.
The ideal candidate will have a good telephone manner, be experienced in the use of Excel, Word and file sharing applications and be able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
A full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own transport is essential.

Contract:Permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
Salary: 25,000 (depending on experience)
