My client is an independent agency looking to recruit either an experienced Lettings Negotiator or a Trainee to join their team.

The role requires both excellent written and communication skills.

On a day to day basis, you will be "front of house" so a personal and professional demeaner is key. You will also be conducting regular viewings and general administrative duties.

Due to the nature of this role, a driving license and vehicle is imperative.

Working hours for this role are Monday - Friday 9.15am-5.30pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am-2pm with a day off in lieu.

Basic salary starts from GBP19,500 for trainees, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, free parking on site, company events and pension contributions.
