Lettings Negotiator - Canary Wharf

Basic Salary GBP18,000 - GBP22,000 + Commission and car allowance

Our client, a hugely successful independent covering most of London are looking for a negotiator for their thriving Canary Wharf office. Your experience in the industry will tell you that most days you will be:

Conducting viewings and letting propertiesManaging and maintaining an accurate applicant databaseProviding applicants and landlord with regular feedbackBeing proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business. About You:

Excellent organisational and prioritisation skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsA professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approachA strong customer focus.Desire to meet and exceed targets.Self-motivation with a can do attitude.High accuracy and attention to detailAbility to work on your own as well as in a team.Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skillsFull UK driving licence & Own vehicle Excellent Benefits:
