Lettings Negotiator - Peterborough

The Package

Basic: GBP20,000 to GBP25,000 Dependent on experience + Commission OTE GBP35,000 + Role Responsibilities

To facilitate the marketing, viewing and negotiation of lettings listings.To facilitate the progression of tenancies.To ensure company standards are being met and our clients are receiving epic service. (Embrace Excellence)To assist and support company events.To be a brand ambassador.To generate valuations.To register tenants.To conduct viewings.To negotiate offers.To progress transactions through to move-in.To ensure regulatory compliance is adhered to.To refer to carefully selected third parties.To smash it out of the park. Development - Training for all aspects of the role will be provided. Personal and professional development is encouraged and supported. (We have a growing library of books to help yourself from)
