Salary GBP35,000 plus commission.

An incredible opportunity has arisen for a Senior Lettings Manager to join this successful independent.

Candidates will be highly motivated with a proven track record at a senior level. Working in a dynamic & organised fashion. Responsibilities will include:

Generating and conducting market appraisalsWinning instructionsStrong focus on generating new and repeat business.Managing a team, regular team meetings, holiday approval, reporting for payroll.Reporting to the directors on a regular basis.Ensuring office targets are met and exceeded.Close dealsCross-selling Sales, Lettings and property Management services.Ensuring services levels and positive reviews are maintained and CRM data reporting systems upheld. Skills required:
