Our client manages a portfolio of 160 residential properties in and around Thurrock. They are seeking an experienced and ambitious Lettings Manager to manage the lettings team, expand the number of fully managed properties, and increase their lettings revenue.

The duties will include;

Sourcing new landlord opportunities Increasing the number of rental instructions Performing rental valuations Dealing with escalated Landlord, Tenant, and third-party issues arising from any aspect of letting properties Working closely with the lettings team to ensure the portfolio is managed to a high standard Key Requirments

A minimum of 3 years of Lettings Manager, Lettings Valuer, or Property Management experience Full UK driving licence Strong IT skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Good organisation and planning skills Flexible, positive, and professional attitude The Lettings Manager package will include:
