I am looking for an ambitious Lettings Manager to join a growing Estate Agency in their busy Central London branch.

This is a growing Estate Agency in PCL and this opening is at their busy branch in Central London. I am looking for someone who is a either a very strong Senior Lettings Neg/Assistant Manager who is looking to take a step up or someone who is currently a Lettings Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a small team of letting agents, providing guidance and support to achieve performance targets. Market Expertise: Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the prime London rental market, staying abreast of trends, pricing, and competitor activity. Unique Resources: Leverage unique resources available to our agency to provide clients with unparalleled services and experiences not offered by other agencies. Legal Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to residential lettings laws and regulations in the UK, staying informed about any changes and updates. Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of residential property portfolios, optimizing occupancy rates and rental yields for clients. Client Relations: Foster and maintain positive relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Punctuality and Presentation: Demonstrate punctuality and maintain a professional appearance, setting a standard for the team. Drive and Ambition: Exhibit a proactive and ambitious approach to achieving personal and team goals, driving the growth and success of the residential lettings department.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the residential lettings industry. In-depth knowledge of the prime London rental market. Familiarity with residential lettings laws and regulations in the UK. Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ambitious and self-driven with a commitment to achieving targets.
