Lettings Coordinator Salary: GBP23,000 - GBP28,000 (depending on experience)Location: Loughton, EssexPosition Type: Full-time, permanent Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm (fully office based-no WFH)Our client, a well-known independent estate agency based in Essex, are looking for a Lettings Coordinator to join their growing team. They have several offices in the West Essex/East London area. They are looking for someone with at least 12 months experience as a Lettings Administrator or Assistant who is familiar with the tenant referencing process, someone who is willing to learn and get stuck in, and someone who is eager to progress in their property career. Key Responsibilities: Performing reference and credit checks on new tenants Drafting tenancy agreements Preparing invoices for both tenants and landlords Assist with renewals negotiations and creating new tenancy agreements Ensuring that each property has all safety certifications before move-in (EICR, EPC, GSC) Ensuring that both tenants and landlords complete all documentation and the properties are compliant Respond to incoming enquiries by telephone and email and liaising with relevant department Assist with ad-hoc administrative assistance across the teamKey Requirements: MUST HAVE at least 12 months property experience, ideally within lettings administration Strong communication skills both written and verbal A can-do and team player attitude Willingness to learn and get stuck in Strong IT skills If you have the relevant skills and experience, get in touch today!Apply via the advert today or contact Emma Smith directly at GKR London Recruitment - Office Support division.
