We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Consultant for a market-leading independent estate agency with branches based in the South-West London area.

Key Responsibilities

Skilfully negotiating leases to ensure optimal outcomes for both tenants and landlords.Conducting viewings in a professional manner, aiming for the best possible results.Managing pre-tenancy paperwork efficiently.Uploading property listings onto primary portals.Registering applicants and addressing walk-ins with professionalism.Providing an exceptional standard of service consistently.Contributing to achieving the highest market share and fostering a reputation for delivering a quality, reliable, and results-driven service. Advantageous to have experience in a similar Lettings Negotiator role.Previous sales or customer service experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle.Ambitious and eager to advance within the lettings industry.
