Dandara Living is recruiting a Residential Lettings Consultant to join our prestigious build-to-rent headquarters. The role will be based at one of our luxurious apartment complexes, Chapel Wharf, located in the heart of Salford.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Leasing, the successful Residential Lettings Consultant will have the desire to work towards KPI s/deadlines to support an award-winning team that are experts at matching customers with their dream homes. At Dandara Living, we know that first impressions last, so having a passion for customer service is crucial for this role.

Shift Pattern

Monday to Friday

08:30am to 17:30pm / 9:00am to 18:00pm

What you will do:

Arranging inspections to prepare for leasing. Ensure available apartments are always presented to the highest possible standards Conducting tours of Chapel Wharf with potential residents and visitors Obtain and record feedback following the tour Confirming viewing appointments with residents and customers Qualifying applicants in line with the Dandara Living business rules Ensuring Right to Rent requirements have been met Collaborate with centralised teams on all new and existing applications Engage positively and pro-actively with the enquiries team to discuss access arrangements and quality of viewings Researching competitors and their offerings Dealing with customer and resident enquiries Cover another shift pattern with the team as and when required Attend and support open days including residential events Assist Head of Leasing with the co-ordination of renewal communications and negotiations. Reliable for the overall process of leasing in the absence of Head of Leasing

What you will have:

Experience within BtR / Student Accommodation / Hospitality sector Experience in leasing or letting Essential

Good communication, data entry, organisation and administration skills Ability to prioritise tasks, manage workload and meet deadlines. Good knowledge and understanding of Outlook and Microsoft Office Work well in a team and able to work without supervision (once trained) Adaptable to work levels (due to seasonal demand) What we will offer you:
