I am currently recruiting for a Lettings Advisor role in the Braintree Area.

This is a hybrid position – lasting 3 months!37 hours per week – 8:30 – 5:30Free onsite parkingPaying GBP14.50–GBP15.50Drive: Must hold driving licence and own their own vehicle. Skills, Knowledge and Experience needed:

Need to have worked in a lettings/housing association before– some experience.Knowledge with advertising homes or requesting nomination requests– making sure all property information is managed in line with the LA expectations.Short–listing the void homes within 5 working days of the advert closing.Making offers to applicants/ and arranging viewings.Ensuring the post–letting visit has been arranged with the TCO.Dealing with temporary, permanent and emergency decants, as required.
