Job Opportunity: Lettings Administrator
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Salary: GBP22,000
Location: Coventry, City Centre
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our client's team as a Lettings Administrator. You would be the principal person responsible for rent collection and various administrative tasks, you will play a pivotal role in the efficient functioning of their residential lettings department.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for individuals wishing to pay rentEnsure the timely and accurate collection of rentAssist in the seamless administration of residential lettings, managing documentation and paperworkCreate and coordinate viewings for prospective tenantsPromote and organise property viewings and valuationsFacilitate the negotiation between landlords and tenants for existing tenanciesHandle personal inquiries from prospective tenants and landlords via telephone, written communication, and emailProduce legal documents, contract packs, and invoices for the departmentProvide assistance for maintenance matters, including the arrangement of property inspectionsManage diaries and assist with scheduling as neededUndertake any other reasonable duties necessary for the smooth and efficient running of the branch Qualifications and Skills:
