Our client is a well-established legal firm specialising in residential conveyancing, commercial property, wills, trusts, and probate services across various sectors.
The Role:
As a Legal Secretary in the Wills & Probate department, your role involves document preparation, correspondence, and efficient office management.
Responsibilities:
Transcribing audio dictations.Communication with clients and professionals via phone, email, and letters.Managing incoming calls for the department.Diary and file management, both online and paper based.Handling monetary transactions.Using the firm s case management system and government portals.General administrative support.
Requirements:
Previously worked as a Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant, Legal Administrator, Legal Clerk or in a similar role.Computer skills with accuracy in typing, including mastery of Microsoft Office applications.Experience in handling Probate procedures. (Preferable)Office environment experience. (Preferable)
