Our client has an exciting new opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join their friendly family law team. They are looking for someone with excellent secretarial skills who can support them with a range of tasks in a timely and efficient way.
SOME OF YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE
Transcribing and proof reading letters, emails and other correspondence Liaising with clients, solicitors and other third parties by telephone and email Scanning, paginating and photocopying File opening, ID checks and preparation of client care letters Providing general administration support to the team THE SKILLS YOU WILL NEED
