As a legal secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our team of family law solicitors. You will be involved in preparing legal documents, managing client files, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and liaising with courts and other parties. You will also have the opportunity to learn from some of the best family law practitioners in the region and develop your skills and knowledge in this area.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
A minimum of two years of experience as a legal secretary, preferably in family law or a related fieldA high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and ExcelA good understanding of legal terminology and proceduresA professional and friendly demeanour and a strong work ethicA keen attention to detail and accuracyA flexible and adaptable attitude and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines This is a full-time, office-based position
