Are you a Legal Secretary who has experience working in Residential Property? We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join the Residential Property department of a law firm in Tunbridge Wells, who truly embrace hybrid working. As a key support member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their legal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage documents and correspondence flow in and out of the department. Skilfully type legal documents from various sources, including handwritten notes and digital dictation. Handle scanning, emailing, and faxing of correspondence and documents as needed. Undertake comprehensive file management, including file opening, closure, and meticulous document filing. Organise and manage the diary of the Head of Department, scheduling internal and external meetings.
Personal Skills Required:
Experience of working in a Residential Property department as a Legal Secretary is essential. Meticulous, well-organised, and conscientious approach. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
