Legal Secretary - Conveyancing

Full time Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
Salary is dependent on experience
Our client is looking for a Legal Secretary to join their office in Wantage in the Conveyancing team. The role will include providing full secretarial and administrative support to a fee earner within the department.
Key responsibilities:
Audio typing from digital dictation Producing correspondence, forms and documents Assisting with client queries by telephone and in person Drafting documents from precedents Knowledge and Experience:
Previous legal experience is essential Previous secretarial experience is desirable IT literate to include experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) Experience using case management systems Key attributes:

The position is offered on a full time basis. The appointed person will be based at our office in Wantage. We are a friendly firm with a flexible approach.
