A Top 70, International law firm are recruiting a Legal Secretary to support their Dispute Resolution team in their Central London office.
The Opportunity
The Successful Legal Secretary will support a team of highly ranked Partners and Fee Earners within the Dispute Resolution team. You will need to have meticulous attention to detail, be able to demonstrate exceptional case management skills and have a forward thinking approach to work. Duties to include:
Ensuring invoices and narratives are produced accurately and to time each monthUndertaking all finance administration tasks to include receipt slips, transfer slips, write offs and disbursement payments to third partiesTyping correspondence and compiling draft replies to standard lettersOpening new clients and new mattersSaving and filing incoming mail items received electronicallyClosing completed matters and drafting file closing forms Organising and maintaining a comprehensive filing and document management systemMaking bookings with training venues, arranging payment of fees and updating Fee Earner diaries Making travel arrangementsCovering secretarial work across the team during times of absence or high workloadThis Legal Secretary position is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am -5:30pm
